Lancaster Office Cleaning Company is a family run, corporately managed organisation, established in the City of London in 1976. As well as their core services of office cleaning and window cleaning, Lancaster also offers an extensive range of support services. The company has long had a CSR programme, but it joined the Newcomers’ Programme in the hope that Heart of the City could help make their programme more strategic.

K&M McLoughlin Decorating Ltd (K&M) is a family owned business and one of the largest painting and decorating companies in London and the Southeast. Over the last 20 years, they have been running the K&M School Apprenticeship College, an apprenticeship programme.

Euromonitor is an international company which works in strategy research for consumer markets, providing market research and surveys focused on other organisations’ needs. Looking to develop its CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) programme, the company joined Heart of the City’s 2012 Newcomers programme.

Harvey McGrath was elected Chairman of Heart of the City from December 2012. Formerly Chairman of Man Group and Prudential, he has a strong business background. His charitable experience is just as strong.

Rufus Leonard joined the Newcomers programme in 2009, following their CEO’s attendance at Heart of the City’s annual Mansion House breakfast. In particular, the agency was seeking expert advice to develop their existing CSR plans, which were well intentioned but lacked structure and strategy.
