Surgery Session: Your People

This interactive Surgery session is all about providing a dynamic forum to ask the experts in diversity and inclusion, and members from our responsible business community your questions on any ‘people-related’ questions to improve your business practices.

Why attend?

  • Ask the experts: Bring your questions and get tailored advice and insights that address your needs.
  • Participant-driven format: With no fixed agenda, the content of this session is completely driven by your queries and discussions. It’s your chance to explore topics most relevant to you and your team, from fostering diversity to supporting employee wellbeing.
  • Connect and share: Our Surgery sessions offer a great opportunity to share experiences with peers who are equally dedicated to developing their responsible business practice. Learn from their successes and challenges to better navigate your own path towards inclusion.

This is YOUR opportunity to delve into any aspect of your workforce that impacts your business!

Not sure of what to ask? Some example topics could be….

  • Strategies for diversifying recruitment
  • Best practices for promoting inclusion within your organisation
  • How to better support mental health and wellbeing in the workplace
  • Any other people-centric topics that can impact your business

Join us to gain insights, share experiences, and find practical solutions that can help cultivate your business’ workforce.

Please note: Surgery sessions are live and interactive but are not recorded and will not be available on our learning platform post-event.

Who should attend?
Anyone on board our Foundations for Responsible Business programme who wants to learn more about responsible business practices which benefit their workforce.
