Lunch and Learn: Adopting AI Responsibly in the Workplace

As businesses increasingly turn to artificial intelligence (AI) to revolutionise operations, improve profitability, and enhance workflows, it’s vital to address the ethical, data-sensitive, and environmental challenges that come with its adoption.

Recent insights from the Small Business and Entrepreneurship Council (SBEC) reveal that while 93% of small business owners recognise AI’s potential for cost-effective solutions, many remain unaware of its broader implications, including its impact on employee stress and digital overload.

In our first Lunch and Learn of the year, ‘Adopting AI Responsibly in the Workplace’ will explore how to equip professionals and decision-makers with the knowledge and tools to embrace AI responsibly while fostering trust, transparency, and sustainability.

Join us for an expert-led session where we’ll explore:

  • Balancing AI-driven efficiency with ethical data privacy.
  • Addressing employee concerns about data protection and best practices.
  • Understanding the environmental impact of AI technologies.
  • Managing workplace culture and employee wellbeing amidst increasing reliance on AI.

Whether you’re a business leader, HR professional, or tech enthusiast, this event will provide invaluable insights to help you navigate the evolving AI landscape responsibly.

Who Should Attend?

This session is tailored for business owners, senior leadership, sustainability officers, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers from SMEs who want to understand the impact of AI in the workplace, and how adopt it responsibly.
