Membership Terms and Conditions

Membership of the Heart of the City programmes are for a 12-month period and will run from the date of joining.

Where membership is paid for the membership fee is refundable within 14 days of the date of payment when we are notified in writing to either your Programme Manager or to info@theheartofthecity.com.

Refunds will be made by the City of London Corporation by BACS payment within six to eight weeks of the request being made. In order to process the refund, you may be asked to confirm your bank details to the City of London Corporation.

The membership fee can be paid by BACS or credit/debit card using our Stripe payment links. The membership fee is based on the number of employees within your organisation.

Membership is for the organisation but only one account will be provided for the online learning platform, this can be shared to allow for others to access the resources on the online learning platform.

When your membership is coming to an end, we will contact you with an invitation to renew your membership eight weeks before your end date and then again with a reminder four weeks before. If we do not hear from you, we will assume you no longer wish to continue in membership and it will terminate at the end of the 12-month period and your access to the online learning platform will end and you will no longer be invited to member only events. Your membership can be reinstated at any time by contacting us at info@theheartofthecity.com.
