Industry leaders talk responsible business

Whatever your industry, your business can do well by doing good.

This month we were lucky enough to speak to some industry leaders about responsible business in their sectors. We got their views on the many benefits companies have seen as a result of doing business responsibly, how SMEs in their industries can get involved and how responsible business is going to help businesses build back better after the pandemic.

It was brilliant to speak to Andrew Bailey, Governor of the Bank of England, Charlotte Kirby, Vice President of Global Strategic Relations at Salesforce, Laura Hinton, Chief People Officer at PwC, Peter Vernon, Group Executive Director at Grosvenor and William Russell, Lord Mayor of the City of London. It was clear from all of them that there’s a real opportunity for small businesses by being responsible. That includes both commercial opportunities and building the right values and culture to get the best out of your team.

They’ve shared their insights and experiences to inspire other companies to get involved in responsible business – watch the video below and apply by 17 March for a free place on our programme to join a community of responsible businesses!
