Welcome to your October edition of the HotC Highlight! It’s Black History Month and we’ve published a brand new resource on making sure your workplace is anti-racist.
Over the past few months, lots of Heart of the City members have asked us for guidance on how they can respond to the Black Lives Matter movement and make sure their workplaces are inclusive.
We’ve developed this resource on developing an anti-racist workplace. We’re sharing tips that businesses of any size can use and adapt, such as reviewing your processes to make sure they’re inclusive, training all your employees in being an ally and anti-racism and recommendations from our ambassadors of charities and community groups your business could support.
