Mentor a HotC year two member on their responsible business journey

Have you made a new year’s resolution to give back this year? Why not start 2019 off right by becoming a Heart of the City mentor?

Share your expertise and develop your coaching skills by helping our network of SME members with problem solving and peer support as they navigate the early stages of developing and implementing their responsible business programmes. But don’t just take our word for it, see what Jo Westhead, Head of Philanthropy, EMEA at BNY Mellon, had to say about what she got out of taking part in our past mentoring programme:

“Mentoring offered a valuable opportunity to test my knowledge and experience in a different context. It served as a reminder of the common issues that many businesses face in setting up a corporate responsibility programme and strategy”

We’re looking for a wide range of mentors with different specialisms and experiences across the responsible business areas of community, environment, workplace and marketplace to mentor a SME business in 2019 on a quarterly basis.

If you’d like to join us as a mentor, please complete this five minute form or contact Karina van Ginkel, Stakeholder and Membership Manager at HotC, for more information.
