SMEs supporting women returning to work after a career break

By committing just three hours a week for three weeks, you could hugely improve the career trajectory of a group of women returning to work after a career break. At this webinar, Ed Holroyd Pearce, Co-Founder & President at Virtual Internships will discuss their new Women Returners Programme and let HotC organisations find out how to get involved.

Ed will explain how the programme works, give some example projects, and detail some of the learning outcomes. One of the recent programme participants will also join the session. Virtual Internships is an Edtech company on a mission to make quality work experience more accessible, and to ensure it more fully reflects the future of work. Over 5000 participants have benefited from the companies programmes, with specific provision now available for Refugees, neurodiverse individuals, and other under-represented audiences.
