With over a decade of experience in community and events fundraising, Sallinder Rai is a dedicated advocate for social impact and positive change. Currently serving as the Community & Events Fundraising Manager at The Felix Project, she heads up initiatives to raise vital funds and awareness for the organisation’s mission to tackle food poverty and food waste.
Damien Conrad, Community Partnerships Manager
As Community Partnerships Manager at The Felix Project, Damien is passionate about social justice and building a fairer, more resilient and sustainable food system. He helps over 1000 community organisations to access surplus food each week and to use this food as a catalyst to help people live happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives.
The Felix Project believes in a vision of London where no-one goes hungry and good food is never wasted. The Felix Project rescues good, surplus food from the food industry that cannot be sold and would otherwise go to waste, which is delivered to hundreds of food banks, charities, primary schools and holiday programmes in London.
