In this online workshop we’ll explore the evolving landscape of sustainability, delving into the latest legislation driving change and how it affects your business today – and in the future.

You’ll hear from one of our small to medium-sized business (SME) members, Baldwin Boxall to get a firsthand perspective on how to embed sustainability across your business and learn about some of the challenges they’ve faced and how they’re overcoming them.

Sophie Elmhirst, Manager, Sustainability Team, PwC

Sophie’s primary areas of focus are climate and nature risk and impact measurement and reporting.

She is currently focused on helping companies to navigate the process of creating a credible climate transition plan in response to reporting requirements under EU and UK regulations. Supporting companies all stages of their transition planning journey from calculating their emissions inventory, to target setting, to developing and reporting a credible transition plan.

Sophie also advises companies looking to respond to sustainability reporting regulations, standards and frameworks that go beyond climate change to focus on wider environmental, social and governance topics. These include regulations and standards such as the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive and the IFRS Sustainability Standards.

Nick Baldwin, Sales and Marketing Director, Baldwin Boxall

Nick oversees the development of marketing strategies, customer relationships, and business operations to promote the company’s products both domestically and internationally. His customer-focused approach and dedication to maintaining high standards have allowed him to drive sustainability measures throughout the company and achieve ISO14001 accreditation.
